Launch region
The first release is limited to United States delivery addresses. Available methods, rates, and order thresholds are shown during checkout.
Preorder timing
Production and estimated fulfillment timing will be shown before a customer places a preorder. Because manufacturing is still being validated, no ship date is promised yet.
Changes and cancellations
Our final preorder cancellation, return, and refund terms will be available before payment is accepted. They will explain the cancellation window, eligible returns, condition requirements, and how to request help.
