Launch region
The first release is planned for United States delivery addresses only. We will publish available methods, rates, and any order thresholds before checkout opens.
Preorder timing
Production and estimated fulfillment timing will be shown before a customer places a preorder. Because manufacturing is still being validated, no ship date is promised yet.
Changes and cancellations
Our final preorder cancellation, return, and refund terms will be available before payment is accepted. They will explain the cancellation window, eligible returns, condition requirements, and how to request help.
